For the convenience of passengers, with effect from 17 February 2024 (Saturday), the reservation of all weekend recreational routes will be refined to shorten the periods of booking for departure from the existing requirement of making a booking no less than 12 working days before departure, to shorten to 7 working days before departure. Thank you for your kind attention.

Terms and Condition

1. Advance booking shall be made from 2 months to 7 working days prior to the service date. KCIS Rehabus with a maximum of 5 wheelchair seats and 9 ordinary seats is operated on a first-come-first-served basis.
2. Successful booking users will be notified the information of assigned drivers and vehicles by phone 2 working days before the service date (Earlier call will be made in case of public holidays).
3. Each user is allowed to be accompanied by up to 3 able-bodied persons
4. Service will be suspended due to inclement weather conditions, i.e. when Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 is issued or Black Rainstorm Warning is in force.
5. PWDs who book this route of Weekend Recreational Service for the first time will be given priority over PWDs who have used this service.
6. Please make booking of this service seriously. If a user cancels the booking in less than 3 working days prior to the service date, he/she will not be allowed to book this service for other times (unless a medical certificate is provided).
7. The service will only be provided to users and their escorts who have made successful bookings. Users are suggested to arrive at the designated pick-up point 10 minutes earlier since Rehabus will depart on time. Any ad-hoc change request of service will not be accepted. No prior notice will be given if there is any delay on the service day due to traffic condition. However, users who have been notified of Rehabus service arrangements may call the hotline for the latest situation.
